October 2014 – Vancouver, BC

This October, several Pacific Surgical staff had the joy of serving at Salvation Army Vancouver Harbour Light. Pacific Surgical displayed its teamwork and commitment to giving back by serving over 550 meals over the course of two days.

The goal of Harbour Light is to “provide individuals with the support and resources they need to change the course of their lives.” The organization by provides meals seven days a week and provides individuals with spiritual support, resources, and basic building blocks. The program enables former addicts to access affordable housing, build employment skills, and rebuild their personal relationships.

The Pacific Surgical staff was pleased to give back in a small but meaningful way to a most worthy charitable organization in Vancouver and look forward to the privilege of serving again next year!
