Pacific Surgical Acquires Canada Endoscope Corporation and
Canada Endoscope Instrument and Repair

Pacific Surgical Holdings Ltd. (“PSH”) is pleased to announce the purchase of Canada Endoscope Corporation (“CEC”) and Canada Endoscope Instrument and Repair (“CEIR”). This acquisition expands PSH’s product and service offerings across Canada.
CEC was founded in 1998 by Philip J. O’Brien as a privately-held company specializing in the distribution of medical devices and products serving the endoscope marketplace. CEIR operates as the service and repair arm of CEC, offering repair and servicing of CEC and non-CEC endoscopes, accessories and surgical equipment.
