Mobile Instrument Service & Repair Acquires Cardinal Health Canada’s Surgical Instrument Repair Business

Mobile Instrument Service & Repair (Canada) Ltd. (“MISR”), a privately-held Canadian provider of On-Site and Off-Site surgical instrument repair and maintenance services, is pleased to announce the purchase of Cardinal Health Canada’s surgical instrument repair business (“CHC Repair”).
CHC Instrument Repair has been a significant player in the Canadian surgical instrument repair services market for more than 15 years. CHC Instrument Repair offered On-Site repairs using three mobile repair vans strategically located in Quebec, Ontario, and Alberta. CHC Instrument Repair historically had a focus on rigid container repair and refurbishment in addition to general and specialty surgical instrument repairs.
