Mastel Surgical Acquires Rica Surgical: Expanding Expertise in Surgical Instrumentation and Surgical Trays
RAPID CITY, SD – September 30, 2024 – Mastel Surgical, a leading provider of premium ophthalmic surgical instruments and member of the Pacific Surgical family of companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Rica Surgical Products, Inc., a supplier of surgical instruments and medical devices based in Schiller Park, IL. This acquisition expands Mastel Surgical’s portfolio of specialized medical instruments and sterile processing products.
Known for its extensive range of surgical trays and latches, instrument stringers, instrument baskets and surgical instrumentation for animal health, Rica Surgical has built a strong reputation within the medical and veterinary community for delivering high quality products and excellent value.
